Africa House has worked with numerous companies and trade promotion organisations with an interest in developing the Southern African market. Services offered include:
- Meeting Schedules: A series of individual or group meeting schedules can be arranged with potential partners in target markets. Using our extensive database and research skill we identify relevant companies matching our clients’ criteria and put together a targeted schedule of meetings. Africa House can also offer assistance with travel logistics (arranging of hotels, airport transfers on arrival and departure, arranging for a driver for all meetings) and is in a position to provide pre-visit briefings to groups or individuals in (or passing through) South Africa. Africa House will offer telephonic support during a visit and a qualified staff member would be available to accompany clients on in-market visits to ensure that the schedule runs smoothly and to provide insight into the markets.
- B2B Meetings: Organisation and management of B2B meetings at a centralised venue. The service includes development of a researched database of potential partners, design, distribution and follow-up of invitations, confirmation of specific appointment schedules for all participants and on-site management of the process
